Workspace Members

Invite teammates to collaborate and manage their roles.

Where to manage members

Open the workspaces page (opens in a new tab) and use the Members panel (available once a workspace is selected).

Add a member

  1. Enter the person’s email address.
  2. Click “Add”.

Change a role

Use the role dropdown to switch between Owner and Member. Every workspace needs at least one Owner, so you can’t demote or remove the last Owner.

Remove a member

Click “Remove”. If someone is the only Owner, they can’t be removed until another Owner is assigned.

Notes

  • Members inherit model access based on the workspace’s plan.
  • Private agents are visible to the owner and members of the same workspace.
